Return & Refund Policy
No Refunds Once Purchased
All sales are final. Once a purchase is made, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Returns
We do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us at sales@nfsequip.com immediately upon receiving the product. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. A 30% restocking fee will apply, and the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
In-Store Pickup
All in-store pick-ups require the cardholder to be present. A government-issued I.D. and the credit card used for the purchase must be presented at the time of pick-up, along with the ready-for-pickup confirmation email. No exceptions.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
