Innovection Convection Oven Technology combines free convection cooking with forced convection cooking. A low speed fan, positioned at the back of the oven, draws and circulates hot air from the oven burner (vented through out patented baffled oven interior) to ensure an even, turbulent heat distribution pattern, essential to baking and roasting.
